What happens if someone takes more than they pay for?
The cameras record what is taken from the cabinet. If a customer takes more than they paid for, the difference is automatically charged, and we are responsible for the loss.
How does the refrigerator recognize the items?
Using cameras and image recognition, known as computer vision. The Compact has 3 cameras on top, and the Vision has 8.
What is the difference between Compact and Vision?
The Compact model is smaller, features a 13.3-inch touchscreen on the door, and is suitable for tighter spaces. The Vision model can hold more products, features a 24-inch touchscreen on the side, is available as a refrigerator or freezer, and can be expanded with an additional unit.
What is included in the monthly fee?
The platform, the internet connection, and the payment terminal. In addition, a service fee is charged per purchase to cover customer service, transaction processing, theft protection, and support.
Can I place the refrigerator and freezer next to each other?
Yes. You connect an add-on refrigerator or freezer to a Vision, and both share the same payment and operating costs.
